Velveteen parka

Teal Velveteen parka, all hand made by the artist. The ruff is made of black dyed fox. The teal velveteen is a heavy vintage cotton, and the waist belt is made of harbor sealskin. Sealskin is only harvested by Alaska natives. It is extremely hard to get in the United States. The cuffs are made of dyed black beaver fur. The pattern is handmade by the artist as well. The lining is 8oz quilted lining. This will keep you warm in -30 temps while in style! There are two pockets inside the parka made of cowhide. This is one of a kind. This is a size Small. Bust is 34”, waist 35”, and hips are 36”

hat and clutch are not included.
